Is the best, please call him first before calling other companies because I called precision garage door first and told me that my garage door can't be repaired and wanted to replace it for $1800. Thankfully I made a decision to call another company and city garage door service was able to come in one hour and fix it for less than $200. He is very professional and nice person. Don't let other companies scam you.

Tony from city garage provides super customer service and when my spring broke, he made himself available quickly so I could get in and out of my garage one of the important things that I wanted was a actual local company that was in the city of Lancaster and not a company out of Columbus that serviced central Ohio and didn’t provide that home town friendly feel which Tony provided very well. He had parts on hand, and he was easy to get a hold of his service was prompt. His experience level was very high and was able to answer any questions I may have had would definitely recommend for a superior local service that Tony provides in the area of Lancaster, Ohio.

Tony came to my house and helped me with several garage door options. After choosing a door I liked, he special ordered it for me. Tony called me in a few weeks and said my new door was here. He was able to install my new Stamped Shaker garage door & a new opener the next day. The door and everything looked great. Just an Awesome job. Great pricing & service.

Tony installed our doors several years back and came out for maintenance service this week. He is the man for the job; professional, detail oriented, and customer focused. Our garage doors look great and are so quiet, very happy that Tony was on the job. He worked with the manufacturer to replace a warranty part and did everything to see that our family happy at the end of the day. Highly recommend, customer for life.
