What is included?

After inspecting your door, we quote a fixed total for your approval before work begins. Additional repairs require a separate quote and your approval. The $100 after-hours call-out fee is added to the repair price for service from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Standard service has no call-out fee. Wayne Dalton cable systems are priced separately.

Supplied opener prices include the selected unit, standard 7-foot setup, installation and removal of the old unit. Tax included. Nonstandard requirements are quoted separately for approval. Bulbs are sold separately where listed. Camera recording or premium app services may require a separate optional manufacturer subscription; these are not included in the installation price.

Failures or damage caused by lack of routine maintenance, acts of God, misuse or electrical power surges are excluded. Customer-requested temporary repairs to equipment recommended for replacement carry no warranty.
