City Garage Door Service Inc. offers optional text messages about requested garage door services, including appointment confirmations, schedule changes, technician arrival updates and customer-service conversations.
Your choice
By selecting the optional text-message consent checkbox and submitting our booking form, you agree to receive these messages at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can book without agreeing to texts; keep the appointment management link shown on the confirmation screen.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your appointments and conversations. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. We do not charge a separate fee for these texts. Delivery depends on your carrier and device; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop messages
Reply STOP to the sending number to unsubscribe from that messaging service. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out. Stopping texts does not cancel an appointment. To change or cancel a visit, use your appointment management link or call us.
